The Nest Walking Track for Individuals (18 plus)

Membership Fee:  $5 per month $35 Annual Registration Fee

Community Education Office Hours:  7:30-4:00; Closed Weekends and Holidays

Everyone MUST complete a background check.  This link will be emailed to you.  This must be done before receiving access to the facility.

***Note*** After a Nest Fitness Centerand Walking Track  membership is purchased a member of the Staples-Motley Community Education office will contact you via phone call or email within 48 hours to make arrangements to pick up your Access Card.  If you purchased a membership on a weekend, you will be contacted on the next business day.
An Access Card is required in order to gain access to the fitness center and walking track.

THE NEST  RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1. All membership dues must be paid in advance and on time. 

2. Membership is not transferable to others.  

3. Only NEST card holders are allowed in the fitness center.  

4. Children aged 17 and younger may use the walking track if they are accompanied by a current NEST member who is responsible for direct supervision of the child(ren).

5. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the community fitness room at ANY TIME. 

6. The ISD 2170 is not responsible for any lost or stolen property when using The NEST. 

7. Anyone using The NEST without checking in properly or allowing access to non‐members of the facility will have their membership suspended or revoked and membership fees forfeited.  

10. The NEST may only be used during the established hours of operation.

11. You must be 18 years or older to join. No children are allowed on the second floor of The NEST without direct adult supervision. 

12. If you have a medical condition inhibiting exercise, you will take the necessary precautions and assume any and all risks. 

13. Exercise is voluntarily performed at your own risk. 

14. If you should incur an injury at The NEST, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to seek appropriate care and that the school will not be held liable.   

15. No food or drinks other than water may be taken into The NEST.  

16. Pants/shorts, socks, shoes and shirt must be worn at all times. Changing should occur in the restrooms.

17. Street shoes must be removed before using any fitness equipment or using the walking track and only tennis shoes should be worn. 

18. If others are waiting to use equipment, please limit your time on any one piece of equipment to no more than 30 minutes.  

19. All equipment should be wiped down after use. 

20. You agree to use the equipment as it is intended and instructed. If you misuse the equipment and damage it, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair or full replacement. 

21. If a piece of equipment malfunctions, you notify a ISD 2170 staff member immediately and do not attempt to repair it yourself.  

22. You agree to return your membership access card after your membership has expired. The cost to replace a lost or damaged access card is $15.00. You acknowledge that you will not share your membership card with any person at any time. 

23. You acknowledge that your membership may be revoked and no refunds issued as a penalty for violating the rules.
